This home is in a quiet cul de sac with Petonque court and volley ball court
for residents to use. Easy walk to beach (4mins) Flat White wedding venue
RSA and Village skate park and tennis courts. Large lawn for cricket etc. Two outdoor areas . Chiminea
to take the chill of the evening air.(Need to bring your own wood)
Modern and stylish this is a very comfortable house with
great air flow for summer with all bedrooms having ceiling fans above the
beds and lots of doors to catch the breeze. Induction cooktop, two fridge freezers, ice maker,

Summary: This is a beautiful house and we really enjoyed our stay. There are many rules at the house which are displayed everywhere which makes it less relaxing but overall it was good.

Summary: Through no fault of the owner it seems that the cleaner let her down hence the 3 star rating. Otherwise all was great and a fun time was had by all.It was an ideal venue for us to get together and enjoy one of the grandies 7th birthday.East to get to the beach, to Flat White cafe and to explore Waihi Beach.

Summary: Great location; close to beach and shops/restaurantsThe house & outdoor areas were lovely, comfortable, spacious and perfect for our mini family vacation.The bbq grill was a bit rusty but cleaned up nicely.Instructions and general communication was great.We had a fabulous stay, thank you.

Summary: House was nice and roomy. Bedrooms were all very nice, comfy beds. Pity no wardrobe or hanging space in main bedroom (was locked and only a small hat stand provided). Bunk room was very average, old beds, have it a clean before we used. Great location. Walking distance to beach. Make sure you lock cars, two of ours had things taken ( they weren't locked though). Surprising as seems a very secure area.
